Nutella bliss balls

Ingredients

Makes 10 balls

200g medjool dates (pitted)

120g skinless hazelnuts

2 tbsp cacao powder

2 tbsp maple syrup

pinch of salt

coconut to coat (optional)

 

Method

Add all the ingredients to a food processor and blitz until all the ingredients are blended and smooth. If you find the mixture isn’t sticking together enough, add a little water and blitz again.

Using a tablespoon, scoop out the mixture and roll into balls, coat in coconut if you desire.

Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to a week (they will actually keep for longer but mine are usually eaten within a week).
