ABOUT

Hi, I’m Alex, a Certified Clinical Nutritionist,
specialising in Women’s Health.

I run a nutrition clinic dedicated to improving women’s health outcomes through practical, evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle strategies.

Since completing my Bachelor of Health Science (Nutrition and Dietetic Medicine), I’ve been working in private practice for almost four years, and I absolutely love it. Supporting women and families on their journey to better health is incredibly fulfilling, and I feel so fortunate to be part of that process.

I’m deeply passionate about helping women not just improve their health, but truly understand and connect with their bodies. There is so much we aren’t taught as women about our bodies, our cycles, and our hormones, and once you understand how it all works, and combine this knowledge with the right nutrition and lifestyle practices, it can be genuinely life changing.

A simple and sustainable approach to nutrition has been pivotal to me since first starting my journey as a recipe developer and it now deeply underpins my work as a practitioner. To me, food is so much more than just fuel for our bodies—it’s a universal language that brings people together and promotes joy. It’s important to me that I help my clients embrace balance and flexibility when it comes to eating.

I believe that, as a society, we’ve become so caught up on diets and wellness trends that we’ve lost touch with our own intuition and overcomplicated the way we eat. It’s my mission to cut through the confusion and help you build a healthy, sustainable relationship with real food.

When I’m not working with my lovely clients, you’ll find me in the kitchen, at my local coffee shop, or down the coast where I grew up, spending time with family and friends.

My philosophy

As a practitioner, I provide a warm yet realistic and practical approach, combined with a strong focus on education and client responsibility.

I am passionate about offering evidence-based advice and support to women and families through every stage of life.

With a Bachelor of Health Science and as a member of the Australasian Association and Register of Practicing Nutritionists, I am qualified to treat a wide range of health conditions utilising nutritional medicine.
