Mango smoothie bowl w/ granola and fruit

Ingredients

1 cup frozen mango

1 cheek fresh mango

1 tsp vanilla extract

¼ cup water or coconut water

granola and coconut to top

fresh fruit to top

 

Method

Place mango, vanilla and water in a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into a bowl and top with granola, coconut and fresh fruit.
