Easy blueberry pan crumble
Ingredients
FOR THE FILLING:
450g organic frozen blueberries
3 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp spelt flour
the juice of 1 lime
FOR THE CRUMBLE:
½ cup wholemeal spelt flour
1 ½ cup rolled oats
½ cup brown sugar
100g organic butter, melted
Method
Preheat oven to 180 degrees fan-forced.
Mix the filling ingredients in a large ovenproof pan 30cm or a square dish 25x25cm (roughly).
Mix the crumble ingredients in a bowl with hands and then lightly press on top of the berry filling.
Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes or until the top is golden.
Enjoy with your favourite ice cream or yoghurt and enjoy!
